SPRUCE
SPRUCE is a multi purpose data collection and control scheme for mainstream UTC installations.Using bespoke algorithms it can perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to advanced PSV and ESV priority.
Utilising information obtained from the main UTC server (and optional plugins) it collects and processes data from on street controllers according to fine grained user defined rules.
When defined by the user it then takes control of on street nodes via the UTC server as and when required.
